Every Sunday there are dozens of jobs that need doing behind the scenes on a practical level to make sure that our venues are ready to welcome people. Whether this putting out flags, helping with parking, switching on lights, opening windows, checking bathrooms etc this team gets to serve Jesus (and us) in this practical way.
